Not Alone

Book

Using the metaphor of a wall built around the heart, Not Alone explores the emotional and spiritual barriers created by abortion, personal sin, and past trauma. These barriers—denial, guilt, anger, unforgiveness, shame, and fear—are addressed with biblical strategies to break free, including acknowledging the abortion decision, accepting God’s forgiveness, extending forgiveness to others, understanding God’s heart, and embracing one’s identity in Christ.

This book also examines the role of childhood trauma, helping readers recognize how unresolved wounds may have contributed to their abortion decision. While not an excuse, this awareness is key to:

      • Taking ownership of past decisions
      • Receiving God’s compassion and forgiveness
      • Extending forgiveness to others
      • Overcoming shame, fear, and lies that shape identity
      • Embracing healing and life transformation

With a trauma-informed approach, personal testimonies, and biblical teaching, Not Alone offers a whole-person healing approach to guide readers to freedom from guilt, shame, and regret. It aims to strengthen individuals, marriages, and families—ultimately shifting focus from past suffering to God’s purpose and a hopeful future.
